How much does it cost to be a member? $299 is the one-time cost of membership in Kappa Alpha Theta Life Loyal. There is a one-time cost of $189 for our 50-year plus members. Life Loyal members don’t pay annual alumnae dues.

Historically Black sororities don’t publish their financial information, but the average intake fee is $850 and the average active member dues are $200. Financial information will be given to those attending an interest meeting.

What GPA do you need for Kappa Alpha Theta?

There is a minimum 2.5 grade point average required for membership in our chapter and the school for those members who fall below that requirement.

How much does it cost to be a Delta Sigma Theta?

Application fees should be paid. The local chapter will tell you how much the application costs. You will have to pay national and chapter initiation fees once you’re a member.

How do you get into Kappa Alpha Theta?

  • Are a lot of students on the campus.
  • Have never been an initiated member of any other group.
  • Have not joined the group on your campus since the last recruitment.
