The perfect match for the company is one of the top deciding factors for hiring. One of the most common interview questions is, what are you looking for in your next job?

This is a great opportunity to show the employer that you are the right person for them. What you like to do, what you’re good at, and what the company values in the role you’re interviewing for are all relevant to your answer. You can speak persuasively about why you are a good fit for the role at this intersection. In my next role I would like to leverage my strength in process re-engineering to provide value and have an opportunity to be part of a supportive team and be able to continue to grow.
